The company has a registered capital of RMB 21 million and 1,000 employees. We only have RMB 1 million at our early days, and only 3 employees. Mainly selling FAW-HONGTA, JAC light truck, etc., and developing for 16 years, the company has been a comprehensive industrial entity with four business sections - sales and service of commercial vehicles, manufacturing and refitting of components and parts, sales and service of new energy vehicles and passenger vehicles, and production and research of new materials. 

Shandong Donghong Yunnei Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. was the cooperation result of Shangdong Donghong and Yunnan Yunnei Power Group Co., Ltd., a listed company, in 2016, and it achieved a second-level leap of the unit of companies and commercial vehicles. We have 7 agency areas of JAC commercial vehicles in Shangdong (Weifang, Zibo, Binzhou, Dongying, Qingdao, Yantai, and Weihai), with a sales of more than 10,000 annually. In 2017, marketing, digital marketing, and service marketing have seen steady progresses, also the outward expansion of sales area, and the traditional vehicle selling mode of commercial vehicles has transformed into the Marketing 4.0. 

The manufacturing of components and parts and refitting are mainly supported by famous enterprises, such as, JAC, Yunnei Power, T-KING, KAMA, etc., which are mainly matching and manufacturing auto components and parts, like cargo van, frame, and self-brand vehicles, like refitting and manufacturing van vehicles. The company passes ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification, ISO/TS16949: 2000 automobile certification, product 3C certification, ISO14001: 2004 environment management system certification, supporting the sustainable development of Donghong products and enterprise itself. In 2017, the module of manufacturing components and parts and refitting will make steps towards achieving a high target, increasing businesses of brand plants, centering on the idea of construction of refitting base holding 20,000 vehicles. 

 The sales and service module of passenger vehicle and new energy vehicle is mainly selling Dongfeng Fengxing and JAC Refine, and now we have 45 township sites and over 30 Donghong vehicle supermarkets after developing for dozen years, and honored with titles like "Outstanding Dealer", "Good Progress Award for Marketing", "Silver Award for Channel Building", and "Golden Servicer" for several times. In 2017, Shandong Donghong Yidian New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. was established by the cooperation between Shangdong Donghong and Weifang Chengfeng New Energy Automobile Sales Co. Ltd., introducing JAC new energy vehicles, planning Shangdong new energy vehicle market, striving to become a backbone of the Shangdong new energy vehicle industry, and entering production, matching, manufacturing of components and parts, adding new attractive points for Donghong. 

Module of new material manufacturing and research is an emerging field of high-tech enterprises by producing substitution plaster with polluted solid wastes, with a planned capacity of 50,000t plasters and 100,000t plaster products in Qingzhou base, whose phase I investment was RMB 126 million in 2016. With high-level requirements in 2017, the company finalized the process route and product system, conducted product trials and marketing in application fields, entered markets, started the construction of raw material land plant, completed building incubator and sample plant, making steps towards achieving the goal of 500,000t capacity within 3 years.
